There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. (Genesis 6:4) And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (Genesis 6:5)

   This series called Men of Renown will begin with these verses in Chapter 6 of the book of Genesis because it is the perfect scene setter for whatever and whoever follows that enables men of renown to act in conflict against God and His Word. Verses 4 and 5 are an accurate definition of men of renown.

   The game plan is to cover all SIX mentions of a woman, and the woman in Chapter 17 of the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.
1. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. (Revelation 17:3)
2. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: (Revelation 17:4)
3. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. (Revelation 17:6)
4. And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. (Revelation 17:7)
5. And here [is] the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. (Revelation 17:9)
6. And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth. (Revelation 17:18)

The Sitting Woman

   New to this site? Do not become confused with the title called Men of Renown and why we are now discussing women. It makes sense to me! You have missed A LOT. The following is a brief summary of the first mention of a sitting woman to our current article on a woman sitting. Every time that a sitting woman is seen in Scripture there is a message, a lesson, and instruction regarding spiritual failure or victory, and following the woman sitting is a journey from individual iniquity to national iniquity, and beyond. We will eventually (God willing) culminate with Revelation Chapter 17, verse 9, with the woman sitteth.
1 The first attack on the nation of Israel BEFORE it became a nation was through Hagar and Ishmael: they created a division or question regarding Heirship. In Hagar, the woman sitting represents the beginning of ALL evil that will come against Israel, and where the hatred against Israel germinated: Ishmael.
2 The second attack on the nation of Israel BEFORE it became a nation was through Rachel: this established idolatry into the line of the promise; thus, corrupting the line of Heirship. Rachel sitting on the idols spiritually depicts that the root and source of all forms of idolatry flows from within mankind. The second mention of a woman sitting definitely deals with uncleanness, and this is the connection to the great whore of Babylon, as she sits comfortably on the uncleanness of idolatry over the entire globe.
3 Tamar, the third woman sitting, represents the historical dual role of Babylon as the lady of kingdoms, and as the glory of kingdoms. As Tamar covered her action of righteous indignation with robes of prostitution, Babylon covers herself with garments of false righteousness to veil her true whoredoms. Through Tamar, the open field exposes how sexual corruption spreads and takes over the world, the things of God and the people of God.
4 Samson’s mother was the fourth woman sitting is nameless. Judges Chapter 13 is a Chapter of warning, assurance, prophecy and revelation. Sitting in a corrupt world, surrounded by enemies, this nameless and barren woman (who typified Israel) was given hope through a son and a sacrifice. It was through the promised Son and His sacrifice that Israel would overcome her enemies. In the midst of their enslavement in their own land God provided salvation and temporary recovery.
5  Ruth is the next woman found sitting. She represents the Gentile Bride gathered into the Inheritance of everlasting life by the True Redeemer, the True Boaz. The Holy Spirit of God draws the Bride of Christ into the threads of the Old Testament using a bride in the person of Ruth from the land of the enemies of Israel into the inheritance of Israel.
6 Bathsheba is found sitting next to the throne of power. She represents Israel and the Church leaving their first love, and committing spiritual and physical adultery, and their failure to discern between truth and error, and lastly, the greatest folly of all was their lack of faith and their unbelief in the Oath Giver . . . the GODHEAD. The primary application of Bathsheba in the theme of a sitting woman is that as the wife of king David and the mother of king Solomon she marks the reigns of the kings of Israel.

Do Godless Silly Women Ever Learn?

   Remember that we are studying Chapter 17 of the last book of the Bible, called the Revelation of Jesus Christ. As the woman in verse 9 was sitting on the seven mountains of power, we have been following the women who preceded this woman of Revelation Chapter 17 and through these women (Hagar, Rachel, Tamar, Samson’s mother, Ruth and Bathsheba) God the Holy Spirit develops an invisible theme centered around a greater conflict than the earthly conflict of man against man.
   Christ has always been the target of Lucifer’s attempt to topple God from His Sovereign position. Why Christ? Christ has always been the VISIBLE IMAGE of God even in the Supernatural invisible world. BEFORE God began ‘In the beginning,‘ He had an image. An image that can be seen even in the unseen realm of heaven. Can I explain this further? Of course not.

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. (Genesis 1:26) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (Genesis 1:27)

For a man indeed ought not to cover [his] head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. (1st Corinthians 11:7)
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. (2nd Corinthians 4:4)
Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: (Colossians 1:15)
Who being the brightness of [his] glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; (Hebrews 1:3)

   Since the species of man was created IN THE IMAGE OF GOD, why do you think that the attack of ‘wokeism’ has been directed expressly AGAINST MAN? Satan HATES GOD. He HATES THE IMAGE OF GOD (Christ). He HATES MANKIND, ALL of MANKIND who is made in the image of God. And you thought that it was just poor TV advertising that all men have been projected as stupid and lazy. And you thought that it was by chance that men have been projected as ‘trans women.’ The removal of man, real men, is part of Lucifer plans to remove the IMAGE OF GOD (THAT’s MAN, THAT’s YOU) from the earth, and to substitute the IMAGE OF GOD with the IMAGE OF THE BEAST. This is part of Lucifer/Satan’s battle plan.

●And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by [the means of] those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. (Revelation 13:14) And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. (Revelation 13:15)
● And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand, (Revelation 14:9)
●And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. (Revelation 14:11)
●And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, [and] over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. (Revelation 15:2)
●And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and [upon] them which worshipped his image. (Revelation 16:2)
●And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. (Revelation 19:20)
●And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (Revelation 20:4)

  All those who are alive today are new to understanding the plan of Satan; however, he has been active for six thousand plus years on planet earth during the time of man. And he has been active longer than time itself on this planet before God proclaimed, And God called the dry [land] Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that [it was] good. (Genesis 1:10) So, why was it necessary to begin this article about women weeping for Tammuz with Lucifer’s hatred and Satan’s plan to destroy mankind? Ah . . . women . . . silly women . . . the ever-learning women . . . and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. (2nd Timothy 3:1)
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, (2nd Timothy 3:2)
Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, (2nd Timothy 3:3)
Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; (2nd Timothy 3:4)
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. (2nd Timothy 3:5)
For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, (2nd Timothy 3:6)
Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. (2nd Timothy 3:7)
Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. (2nd Timothy 3:8)
But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was. (2nd Timothy 3:9)

   Since the first woman on planet Earth, Eve, women have been the willing instruments of insurrection against the invisible and visible kingdom of God and of His Christ. If, per chance, you are a woman reading this, don’t stop reading, but let me add this bit of trivia, I am a woman, and I have no trouble understanding why so many women cannot accept truth. I am writing about MANY women NOT ALL women, for God has used many righteous women to execute His plan of redemption and salvation. But, nevertheless, Scripture CLEARLY uses the female to build His theme of BABYLON THE GREAT. And upon her forehead [was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. (Revelation 17:5) And, per chance, you have never been to this site before, from the well-known idiom, ‘Buckle down’ and enjoy the ride. (I also suggest that you read the first of many articles dealing with the woman called BABYLON THE GREAT.)

Godless Weeping Women at the Gate of the LORD’S House

   As we examine Ezekiel 8:14, the weeping women sat at the door of the gate of the LORD’S house. Remember that I warned you to buckle up for the ride ahead. These weeping women deliberately chose to SIT weeping the door of the gate of the LORD’S house. Never before in ages past have we witnessed how far women have gone to DEMAND what they insist are their RIGHTS. They claim to be victims of social injustices as they impose on others their narcissistic self-absorption of the love for their own bodies. These women are NOT victims of sexual aggressiveness, but they are on the edge of being combative in their need to achieve a superior place in their world of fantasy. There is nothing that these emotionally disturbed women will not do to achieve their imaginative fantasy of beauty, fame or wealth. They weep because their great loves are not honored. They weep when they cannot kill the evidence of their many great loves. They weep because they and they alone are important. They weep because they and they alone should rule over every event and issue facing mankind. BUT, why did they sit at the door of the gate of the LORD’S house? They sat at the door of the gate because that is where POWER resides. There are political powers, economic powers, social powers, and religious powers. The most controlling power is religious power because it owns the souls of men. This generation, our generation, as no other generation has ever experienced EXCEPT for the generation of the antediluvians, have willingly allowed ourselves to become slaves to political tyrants, slaves to the credit card/banking/financial/merchandising syndicate, slaves to visual mind control of social media, and slaves to all forms of merchandising through which the souls of men have become subdued and defeated. At the destruction of physical and spiritual Babylon described in Chapter 18 of the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, NOTICE the last three words in verse 13 . . . souls of men.

And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: (Revelation 18:11)
The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, (Revelation 18:12)
And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. (Revelation 18:13)

   Those who are at the door of the gate of the LORD’S house control not only who is allowed to enter, but they control the message, they control the gospel, they control the collection box, and they control who and what is worshiped. Those who are at the door of the gate of the LORD’S house mold doctrines, influence morals, and redefine righteousness. Those who are at the door of the gate of the LORD’S house, control who is labeled heretic and who is labeled righteous. As I have written many times previously, that religion is not Christianity. Religion is politics, economics, and mind control united together to draw men and women AWAY from the knowledge of the Holy. Thus, we, as Christians possessing the Holy Spirit of God within, are in the age of small things.

● For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. (Matthew 18:20)

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. (Revelation 3:20) To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. (Revelation 3:21)
● For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel [with] those seven; they [are] the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth. (Zechariah 4:10) CLICK HERE to read about Zerubbabel. 

    Those who are at the door of the gate of the LORD’S house make themselves the DOOR to the things of God; they make themselves the GATE to God’s righteousness and consequently, the LORD’S house becomes their house. There is a progressive order of sin. It always ADVANCES. It NEVER retreats. First, in the Old Testament we have women sitting at the door of the gate of the LORD’S house, then in our age these same women came desiring to participate as ‘helpers,’ and ‘deacons’ and ‘elders.’ Then they became ‘preachers’ and ‘teachers’ IN the formal meeting of the Church. Then they became ‘priests’ and then they became ‘Anglican bishops,’ and then they are negotiating to become ‘Cardinals.’ The so-called ‘glass ceiling’ will be achieved when the Sistine Chapel ceiling will be renovated and repainted with a woman sitting as God with a finger reaching out NOT to give life to Adam (man), AND it will NOT be a DOWNWARD extended finger for it will be extended UPWARD to MOCK MAN. There is no end to silly women in their lust for control and power not only over man, but over God Himself. It is not enough for these weeping, silly women sitting at the door of the gate of the LORD’S house to sit as women, but they WILL sit as women pretending to be men. (During the age of king Josiah we have these words documented in 2nd Kings 23:7, And he brake down the houses of the sodomites, that were by the house of the LORD, where the women wove hangings for the grove. Remember that SIN NEVER RETREATS, as a magnet SIN gravitates TO the house of the LORD. As sodomites desire to mingle with children as guides and care takers, so they also desire to mingle among and over the children of God in the house of the LORD.)

Lucifer is Revealed Through Tammuz

  From Eve (one woman) to Hagar (one woman) to Rachel, Tamar, Samson’s mother, Ruth and Bathsheba that God, the Holy Spirit, disclosed only ONE woman to develop the theme of idolatry, spiritual and physical adultery and insurrection. BUT, from one woman the cords of rebellion and treason against God, His Christ, His High Priest (Melchisedec), and the GODHEAD and the GODHEAD bodily spread to MANY WOMEN.
   Now this is going to hurt. CLICK HERE to read more about Tammuz. It is a LONG read, and Tammuz is not mentioned until about page 44. I told you that it would be painful!

   Tammuz was a male pagan idol that originated from the Phoenicians – remember Jezebel and her background. There are two roots built into the meaning of the name of Tammuz. Tammuz means ‘thou shalt be shriveled up,’ and ‘the incarnation of the sun,’/‘the sun becomes human,’ and from a Sumerian third root it means ‘son of life.‘ Tammuz is only documented once in Scripture, and in researching the origin and development of this male god Tammuz it is historically wrapped in a shroud of mystery. Although the word Tammuz is the also known as the fourth month of the Jewish calendar, we will not be delving into the Jewish calendar? WHY? Simply because I try to only use the word of God, the Scriptures, as my main resource and research. There has been much written about this mysterious pagan god from Babylonian and Sumerian history, but if we focus only on what the Holy Spirit of God writes then we can’t go wrong. Therefore, through the meaning of Tammuz we can clearly comprehend what the gods of the Phoenicians, as pagan gods of all nations without the True and Living God attempt to accomplish, and that is to invent a god of their wishes and desires. Tammuz is an intimidating god, that the worshiper will become nothing without worshiping his image, ‘thou shalt be shriveled up.’ Tammuz is the center of sun worship, ‘the incarnation of the sun,’/‘the sun becomes human.‘ He who controls the sun, controls life. And in a spiritual manner, this is true, for the Son of God is Life everlasting itself. This sun god, Tammuz, represents not only life, but death, it rises in the east and fades and disappears into blackness in the west. Through this god Satan reveals himself. Lucifer who was once called ‘son of the morning‘ in Isaiah 14:12,  was cast down to the earth and became ‘thou shalt be shriveled up.’ Then Lucifer became an entity (not reborn but the essence of iniquity) ‘the incarnation of the sun. Until finally Lucifer/Satan becomes the embodiment and manifestation of iniquity in The Beast, the man of sin, ‘the sun becomes human.‘ Through the name of Tammuz we see the spiritual and the physical history of Lucifer.
   Unable to create or procreate, Satan infiltrates, counterfeits, manipulates, and distorts what has already been created. God created the species of man, and Satan works to alter the species into acting as beasts. God created male and female. Satan works to alter male and female into sodomites of confusion. God created a bountiful earth. Satan works to remove earth’s bounty. God created time and Satan works to alter time.

● And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. (Genesis 1:5)
● And he shall speak [great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. (Daniel 7:25)
● And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: (Revelation 10:6)

   See how evil slowly moves closer to God’s sanctuary. First, these worshipers of Tammuz are seen outside at the gate comfortable in their homes (settled on their lees) that they have built, and then we see where they have inched closer to the house of the Lord, closer and closer they inched through time with one goal always before them: to overtake the sanctuary of God.

  Women sitting. . .  Tammuz . . .  abominations . . .  and Ezekiel Chapter 8 are all tied together to disclose to the reader that this Chapter speaks of what is called, The End Time, the time when The Beast rules over the entire globe as God of this world. Chapter 8 describes many abominations that lead to the culmination and completeness of abominations in MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH in Revelation 17:5.

And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: (Revelation 17:4) And upon her forehead [was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. (Revelation 17:5)

   The heading of this section is laid out according to what the Holy Spirit of God reveals to us about MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. Chapter 8 of Ezekiel is the development of many abominations, and how each abomination lays the foundation for the next abomination. The Great Abominations in the Godless House of Israel through the influence of the Godless Women Weeping Over Tammuz strengthens the Godless Priesthood to cause a Godless Nation to turn their backs on The Temple of God and thus, on God Himself.
   In the book of Ezekiel, the words abomination and/or abominations are mentioned more than forty-six times through forty-four verses, and more than any other book in Scripture. The eighth Chapter centers around the LORD’s house, the temple of the LORD, His sanctuary.
    Try to identify where and what God calls ‘the greater abomination.‘ This is the location of the GREATER BATTLE. For Israel, the greater battle has always been the battle for control over the LORD’s house, the temple of the LORD, the sanctuary of God, where the holiness of God is proclaimed. Stamp this fact into your mind, as Israel failed so also did the Church fail. To the Churchaholics . . . the Church did not die for you, the Church is NOT to be worshiped. It is a place only. I know that this is extremely difficult for many, BUT both Israel and the Church failed their assigned positions. Israel became worshipers of the Law instead of the Lawgiver. The Church became worshipers of the Church instead of worshiping the HEAD of all things: the Lord Jesus Christ the Creator God. We are called to worship THE PERSON of Christ NOT a place. We are called to worship ONLY THE PERSON of Christ as He is the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
    No pain, no gain. I have some more pain for you. READ the entire 8th Chapter of the book of Ezekiel. Meet you on the other side of eighteen (18) verses.

And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord GOD fell there upon me. (Ezekiel 8:1)
Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber. (Ezekiel 8:2)
And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy. (Ezekiel 8:3)
And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain. (Ezekiel 8:4)
Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry. (Ezekiel 8:5)
He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations. (Ezekiel 8:6)
And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall. (Ezekiel 8:7)
Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. (Ezekiel 8:8)
And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here. (Ezekiel 8:9)
So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about. (Ezekiel 8:10)
And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up. (Ezekiel 8:11)
Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth. (Ezekiel 8:12)
He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. (Ezekiel 8:13)
Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD’S house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz. (Ezekiel 8:14)
Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these. (Ezekiel 8:15)
And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD’S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. (Ezekiel 8:16)
Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose. (Ezekiel 8:17)
Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them. (Ezekiel 8:18)

   In five verses and through six times the word abominations is noted. Six, the number of man, and five, the number of grace, displays God’s long-suffering grace toward man. Within this structure of eighteen verses, we also have another insight into Chapter 8, using baby math it is possible to see in the number eighteen God’s order (number ten) and a new beginning (number eight), BUT there is also another message within the number eighteen that cannot be dismissed after reading Chapter 8 of Ezekiel, and that is JUDGMENT (nine plus nine is eighteen). The last verse (verse 18) in Chapter 8 speaks loudly of God’s FURY in JUDGMENT, Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them. (Ezekiel 8:18)
   Through the following verses we are able to understand WHO God is furious with. The house of Israel is TWICE noted as committing the greater abominations. God the Holy Spirit distinguishes the house of Israel as the total nation of Israel, and it is ALL of Israel that caused God to depart from His sanctuary.

● He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? [even] the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, [and] thou shalt see greater abominations. (Ezekiel 8:6)
● And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here. (Ezekiel 8:9)

So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about. (Ezekiel 8:10) And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up. (Ezekiel 8:11) Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth.   Although the abominations that were committed in the sanctuary of God were of the priesthood, nevertheless God not only held the priests GUILTY of insurrection, but the entire nation, the house of Israel, was also guilty because they not only allowed this travesty against God but they accepted this sin against their Creator God. As Israel went, so also did the Church follow. Thus, here we are two thousand years plus from the insurrection led by the Nicolaitans in Revelation Chapter 2, verses 6 and 15.

But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. (Revelation 2:6) So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. (Revelation 2:15)

   As Israel committed abominations IN the sanctuary of God, so also did the Church commit abominations throughout their time of insurrection against God (AND STILL CONTINUE TO COMMIT ABOMINATIONS) . . . and the people LOVE to have it so. (The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love [to have it] so: and what will ye do in the end thereof? Jeremiah 5:31.) As Israel went whoring, so also the Church followed. As the house of Israel followed the seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and the priests in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand sending up a thick cloud of incense, so also the Church cultists and the lovers and addicts of priest worship are more evil and have committed more abominations than the house of Israel could ever conceive.    Did you notice that within Chapter 8 of Ezekiel there were two separate sets of numbered men: seventy men (verse 11) and twenty and five men (verse 16)? These two groups represented corruption and evil within two different groups, yet, similar in their assignments, and their assignment was to destroy what God had created and formed in earth to serve Him.

Side Note: The Seventy. The spiritual significance of the number seventy is constructed around two numbers. Seventy is built on two SPIRITUALLY perfect numbers: the number 7 and the number 10. Through the number seventy we have God’s PERFECT spiritual ORDER and carried out by God’s PERFECT spiritual POWER; therefore, it is ORDER and POWER. Seventy stands for God’s PERFECT ORDER by His PERFECT POWER.
   In Genesis Chapter 10 there are seventy nations formed in their tribes, and tongues and sent out to inhabit the earth. Then in Exodus 24:1, 9 we have the seventy elders of Israel. In Jeremiah 29:10 we have the seventy years of captivity, and in Daniel 9:2 there are the seventy years of desolation. In the New Testament seventy followers of Christ were sent out into the land to preach the kingdom was at hand, Luke 10:1, 17. God the Holy Spirit first disclosed the origin of seventy nations in Genesis Chapter 10 and in the 10th Chapter of the gospel of Luke the Lord Jesus Christ sent out seventy disciples out into the land to proclaim His gospel to Israel that His kingdom was at hand. Those seventy nations that were first formed scattered throughout their known world propagating their own power and order turning away from the Creator who created them and served their own glory.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: (Romans 1:20)
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (Romans 1:21)
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, (Romans 1:22)
And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. (Romans 1:23)
Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: (Romans 1:24)
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. (Romans 1:25)
  What God DETERMINES IS His perfect order and it is accomplished in His perfect power. Chapter 8 of Ezekiel disclose that when man attempts to force his order and his power over the things of God as did the seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel then God’s wrath and judgment is their just reward.
   The seventy men, or seventy elders began in Exodus 24:1 later became what we would term as The Supreme Court of the Jewish nation, the Sanhedrin. God had instructed Moses to call seventy elders to aid Moses in judicial matters governing the Israelites as they wandered in the wilderness during their thirty-eight years before they entered the land of God’s promise. However, through time and as it always happens that whenever man is charged with any form of responsibility, man ALWAYS changes what God has commanded. During the Lord’s time on earth as Jesus, the Sanhedrin could have varied from 23 to 71 men depending on the political environment. Thus, this judicial agency became part of those who condemned the Lord Jesus to be crucified. Therefore, the seventy men in Ezekiel Chapter 8 represents what the formal agency of Justice did then as they do today. In the dark back rooms of payoffs and bribery the seventy elders (their Justice system) committed tyrannical atrocities and abominable acts of treason. Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth.    Do you not recognize the exact same corruption in our day and in our age? These seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel typify the early so-called Church Fathers, the ancients of the house of early Christendom. There were many righteous men in the infant Church, and one particular servant (Antipas) was assassinated for his stand against the Nicolaitan deeds and doctrines that consumed the struggling infant Church. However, as the priesthood of Israel was defiled and was overcome was the exact same method that Satan used to strangle the infant Church. The infant Church was inundated by philosophers, linguists, scholars (religious and nonreligious) and from the vast writings of scores of intellectuals from both the East and Western Church various doctrines and heresies came into the Church. The problem is that much of their writings that favored the Roman or Western Church became doctrines sealed as truths and are still being expounded as truth, but the crux of the matter is that the writings of Matthew, Luke, Mark, Paul, Peter, John, James and Jude became secondary to the writings of men who followed those who actually penned the word of God by the Spirit of God, and consequently the Bible itself became secondary to the authority of the Church. Godless priests laid the foundation for a godless Church. The early and later Church ‘fathers’ are still considered to be more important than the written word of God by the Spirit of God. Those ‘fathers’ are respected more, held in reverence more, honored more, taught more than the actual word of God. Godless writings replaced the words of God. We are further down the path than two thousand years ago, and in this very age, The Age of Make Believe, the Age of Pretend, the Godless Church is led by every form of corruption and abomination. Every act of sexual perversion, and every situation, thought and emotion that God has said are evil is held up in the professing Church as holy, righteous and good.
   As women weeping for Tammuz sat at the door to the gate of the LORD’S house, these weeping women are today no longer sitting at the door to the gate of the LORD’S house, they are IN the LORD’S house, and they no longer weep, but they are celebrating their victory over the people of God, and they have declared that the written word of God is no longer relevant. As the sodomites built their homes by the house of the Lord (2nd Kings 23:7) TODAY, they live IN the house of the Lord. They have achieved their goal, to take over the things of God, and to replace the things of God with abominations. They have been successful because those in the pews love to have it so. Those who exclaim, ‘Jesus, Jesus,‘ know nothing of Jesus as they willingly accept abominable acts by their priests, preachers, pastors, and Church leaders. Also those who know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the Bible think that they are qualified to tell the world about the Bible, and the words of Jesus.

Side Note: Sodomites. Four times the word sodomites is recorded in Scripture. The number of the earth and the dwellers therein, of course, the number four. 
And there were also sodomites in the land: [and] they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel. (1st Kings 14:24) Sodomites IN the land and connected to abominations.
And he took away the sodomites out of the land, and removed all the idols that his fathers had made. (1st Kings 15:12) Idols connected to the worship of sodomites.
And the remnant of the sodomites, which remained in the days of his father Asa, he took out of the land. (1st Kings 22:46)
And he brake down the houses of the sodomites, that [were] by the house of the LORD, where the women wove hangings for the grove. (2nd Kings 23:7). ◆ End of Side Note: Sodomites.

   To those who regurgitate what they have heard from the ‘celebrity authorities’ of the word of God that God is ONLY love, that Jesus ONLY said ‘love thy neighbor,’ condemn themselves because the written word of God ALSO reveals that God HATES sin.

These six [things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him: (Proverbs 6:16)
Howbeit I sent unto you all my servants the prophets, rising early and sending [them], saying, Oh, do not this abominable thing that I hate. (Jeremiah 44:4)
I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies. (Amos 5:21)
And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these [are things] that I hate, saith the LORD. (Zechariah 8:17)

But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. (Revelation 2:6)
So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. (Revelation 2:15)

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, (1st Corinthians 6:9) Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. (1st Corinthians 6:10)

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; (Romans 1:18)
Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. (Romans 1:19)

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; (Romans 1:28)
Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, (Romans 1:29)
Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, (Romans 1:30)
Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: (Romans 1:31)
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. (Romans 1:32)

   It matters not whether it was Israel, or Rome, or Orthodoxy, or Anglican, or the myriad of Protestant denominations, or non-denominations, accepting and promoting evil within the hierarchical ranks and structure is NOT of God. We have come to the very end where the authority of the Bible is NOT recognized and accepted as the SOLE and ONLY written authority because of the excessive production of the so-called ‘better, newer, easier to understand Bible version.’ Bible teaching has become cloudy and blurred because Bible teachers do not have the Spirit of God within leading and teaching. As counterfeit Christians are unable to endure sound teaching, they select preachers of the same mind set and as silly women are ever learning and NEVER ABLE to come to the knowledge of the truth, as also the Church has acquiesced and surrendered to the lies of corrupt men and women constantly resisting the truth of God and reprobate concerning the faith. This false Church cannot progress from faith to faith because it is not of faith, it can only move from abomination to abomination. As the world Church moves from abomination to greater abominations, their priests become more depraved, and their congregants become more vacuous of ANY knowledge of the holy and of the word of God. Having a ‘better, newer, easier to understand Bible version,’ has made it neither easier, nor better to understand the Bible for those who are ever learning, but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. (2nd Timothy 3:7) For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. (Jude 1: 4) These ungodly individuals NEVER stopped creeping into the Church. They have crept into every small and large group meeting, acquiring leadership positions and have turned entire church groups into babbling idiots. Am I harsh? NO. I am not harsh enough. The spiritual BATTLE that we are in today did not just happen accidently, it was planned, and silly women were and are just a small group of influencers who know how to steal and twist the words of God.

Side Note: Just a minor personal example of how silly women attempt to gain influence and power within their target Christian group. Decades past, while I was working as an owner of a business, I was filling in at the front desk to give one of my employees a needed break when a woman whom I knew from my Bible study sessions walked in and approached me with a smile on her face and said, I rushed over to tell you that God has given me a message for you, and before she could continue, I interrupted her, and I must admit that the tone of my voice was a bit sharp, as I can recollect, my reply was,  I don’t need to hear your message because God has my telephone number and we are still on speaking terms, when He wants me to know something, guess what, He will tell me Himself. Now go away, cuz I ain’t buying it. Silly women NEVER stop, and I have a hundred more examples of how silly women and men attempt to influence and to STOP the work of God. ◆ End of Side Note.

   Now back to greater abominations . . .
● He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, [and] thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. (Ezekiel 8:13) What could be a greater abomination than evil priests?

    Why did these women weep over a pagan male idol? These women wept over a god of the sun, a false god of darkness symbolized by brightness. These women wept over the fallen and cast off an iniquitous angel named Lucifer. Hypocritical women weeping over an image of hypocrisy, how fitting. These weeping women of the house of Israel never stopped weeping, for in weeping, their false modesty and their deceptive self-righteousness are memorialized. These women wept because they desired to be the male idol. Why is it that it is women who gravitate to Wiccanism? Why is it that it is women who congregate at the doors and gates of places falsely thought of as a place of worship? This was the greater abomination than the abomination of Israel because through these weeping women marriages became impure, families became tainted, towns and villages became defiled, and nations became corrupted. AND because of this weeping women confusion reigned over the people. AND because of these weeping women Babylon (confusion) ruled the nation.

● Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen [this], O son of man? turn thee yet again, [and] thou shalt see greater abominations than these. (Ezekiel 8:15) What could be a greater abomination than weeping women worshiping Tammuz, the pagan idol of rebellion, confusion, and rage against God?

And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD’S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. (Ezekiel 8:16)

   The greater abomination was the worship of the imagination of their evil hearts as the five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD . . . worshipped the sun. The greater abomination became and IS the expansion of the ultimate spiritual corruption: the rejection of God. What began in the house of Israel when they rebelled against God’s Order created the worship of idols and the influence of spiritual contamination through ‘silly women’ reinforced the counterfeit priesthood to form the ultimate rejection of God and that was and is the worship of creation, the worship of the created, the worship of self.
   Why five and twenty men? There is a message connected with this number that relates to man turning their backs to the temple of the LORD. Remember that the physical tangible Temple as the Tabernacle in the wilderness represented the spiritual Temple of God who is Christ. These five and twenty men turned their backs not only to the temple of the LORD in Jerusalem, but they turned their backs to the Temple of the LORD which is Christ Jesus.

● Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. (John 2:19) Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? (John 2:20) But he spake of the temple of his body. (John 2:21)
● And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. (Revelation 21:22) And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. (Revelation 21:23)

Side Note: The Number Five and Twenty. Our study phrase of five and twenty men occurs twice in Scripture, and both are found in Ezekiel, and both refer to two different men by the same name . . . Jaazaniah, the son of Shaphan, (Ezekiel 8:11) and in Ezekiel 11:1 Jaazaniah the son of Azur. The name of Jaazaniah means ‘Jehovah hears‘ or ‘Jehovah will give ear.‘ Shaphan means ‘to conceal‘ and/or ‘to hide,’ and Azur means ‘helpful‘ and/or ‘helped.’ In Ezekiel 8:11, Jaazaniah had a censer in his hand as did every man, and in Ezekiel 11:1 Jaazaniah is called as one of the princes of the people.
And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up. (Ezekiel 8:11)
And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD’S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, [were] about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. (Ezekiel 8:16)
Although the words five and twenty appears twenty five times in the Old Testament this phrase was connected to the time of the reign of Hezekiah, and to the measurements of the millennial Temple, but twice it is connected to men who gave wicked counsel and devised mischief among the people.. ◆ End of Side Note.    In Chapter 11 of Ezekiel, God the Holy Spirit records who these five and twenty men where and who led them. Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the LORD’S house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people. (Ezekiel 11:1)

● Then said he unto me, Son of man, these are the men that devise mischief, and give wicked counsel in this city: (Ezekiel 11:2)
● And ye shall know that I am the LORD: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments, but have done after the manners of the heathen that are round about you. (Ezekiel 11:6)

Side Note: The Number Four and Twenty. The number four and twenty represents heavenly government and worship. However, this phrase four and twenty is first recorded in the Old Testament through the description of Goliath. Interesting that God the Holy Spirit FIRST introduces this particular number in connection with Goliath, and this number represents heavenly government and worship. Do not click off. 
● And there was yet a battle in Gath, where was a man of [great] stature, that had on every hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he also was born to the giant. (2nd Samuel 21:20)
● And yet again there was war at Gath, where was a man of [great] stature, whose fingers and toes [were] four and twenty, six [on each hand], and six [on each foot]: and he also was the son of the giant. (1st Chronicles 20:6)
   This is why I LOVE the word of God . . . it is an amazingly book of Supernatural wonder and an engrossing Supernatural system designed by the HEAD of ALL things: THE GODHEAD. Through this simple number (24) God discloses Lucifer in his insatiable quest to be worshiped and to govern, and God the Holy Spirit ties the number 24 to the fingers and toes to a giant by the name of Goliath. Everything that this material and natural giant does in his actions (fingers) and in his walk (toes) fulfills the service to his master, Lucifer/Satan. By presenting this number four and twenty FIRST in the realm of the natural leads us further to understand the realm of the spiritual, if only we have spiritual eyes to see the UNSEEN through the SEEN.
   Then the phrase four and twenty is recorded seven (7) times within six (6) verses in the New Testament. WHY? What the Old Testament disclosed, the New Testament fulfilled. The Old Testament physically disclosed God’s enemy in man (the number six) so that the New Testament would spiritually disclose God’s victory over man and over Satan through God’s Perfect Man (number seven) the Lord Jesus Christ. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. (1st John 3:8)

   To Supernaturally bring this number (four and twenty) to its divine completion God discloses in six verses, His Perfection in seven mentions. God has a great sense of righteous humor. First He brings in the UNSEEN and hidden story of Lucifer through a man with a giant image SEEN in Goliath, and THEN God laughs in the face of Lucifer who NEVER is able to attain and maintain his one desire, to be as God, and through the book of Revelation and through the number four and twenty (representing Israel and the disciples) God shows Lucifer that He and He ALONE (as the Lamb, the sacrificial Christ) is worshiped.

1 & 2  And round about the throne [were] four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. (Revelation 4:4)
3 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, (Revelation 4:10)
4  And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four [and] twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. (Revelation 5:8)
5 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four [and] twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever. (Revelation 5:14)
6  And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, (Revelation 11:16)
7  And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia. (Revelation 19:4) ◆ End of Side Note. The Number Four and Twenty.

   The word of God, the Scriptures is a Supernatural work of Perfection by the Creator of Perfection. I hesitate even to use the word genius because there is no earthly word great enough to describe our Supernatural God. If I had two thousand years to enjoy His word, I would not even then begin to scratch the surface of His greatness. Have you ever held a Russian doll in your hands? you know . . . the stacking dolls, the nesting dolls, well . . .they are constructed along the same concept as the word of God. Look into one spiritual theme or principle and SURPRISE that same principle or theme is seen in more detail and look into that detail and there will be another aspect and look into that aspect and there will be yet more to see for there is NO END to the word of God. As the Living Word of God (the Lord Jesus Christ) is ETERNAL so also His written word is ETERNAL.

LAMED. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. (Psalm 119:89)
Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever. (Psalm 119:152)

The Abominations of the Past are the Same Abominations of Today

   The theme of a sitting woman leads to abomination and greater abominations, and consequently to the GREATEST ABOMINATIONS figured by a woman where upon her forehead is written a name, a special name, a nasty ugly repulsive name, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. She is MYSTERY. She is THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS. She is THE MOTHER OF ABOMINATIONS, and she is loved and adored by millions. She was revered from the beginning of mankind. She is the oldest vocation and profession (and it’s NOT prostitution). Her advocates range from the wealthiest to the poorest. She is seen in every imaginable image and in every organic and inorganic form. Mankind sets no limit to her outreach and to her teachings. She captivates the pagan as well as the scholar. Her doctrines can be molded, changed and channeled to suit any situation and any issue. She is RELIGION.
    Now, you didn’t expect that, did you? You thought I was going to name a specific religion, BUT if you have followed this series of Men of Renown, then you would understand why BABYLON THE GREAT is religion, ALL RELIGIONS, ALL forms of worship are under ONE umbrella called RELIGION. Now, don’t get all heady because sooner or later I WILL GOURD YOUR OX, that’s a guarantee. The tragedy of our time is that Christianity has been claimed by religionists. Very few know the difference between Christianity and Counterfeit Christianity. If it calls itself Christian, then it must be Christian as the proverbial ‘duck.’ ABOMINATIONS of religion under the guise of Christianity weigh heavily on the children of God for we must accept that we are the generation of the last days. We are the generation of perilous times. (2nd Timothy 3:1-14) It is upon us to stand fast in the faith, and to be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. (1st Corinthians 16:13) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. (Ephesians 6:10) For now we live, if ye stand fast in the Lord. (1st Thessalonians 3:8)
   And you thought that you would not be reading Ezekiel Chapter 8 again, oh, is there no end to the pain that I inflict on readers??
● And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord GOD fell there upon me. (Ezekiel 8:1)
  Why did God the Holy Spirit set a time frame of the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month? It is one number short of 6 – 6 – 6. The scene describes The Age of the Beast. It represents the corruption around God’s sanctuary, the corruption of the priesthood, and the depravity of the men of spiritual renown.
● Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber. (Ezekiel 8:2)
   God communicates the essence of His glory through the symbolism of color (amber), light (brightness) and energy (fire). Ezekiel’s vision was of the same Being that revealed Himself to Ezekiel in Chapter 1. Amber is only documented THREE times in Scripture (Ezekiel 1:4, 27; 8:2), and connected to amber is FIRE, also notice the third element of BRIGHTNESS. READ Ezekiel 8:2 once more, and carefully and reverently consider what the Spirit of God is disclosing . . . a likeness . . . his loins . . . his loins. God not only wrote a book to reveal to man what was in man, BUT who else would or could, through the limited words of mortal man, DESCRIBE GOD? ONLY GOD could have written the words in Ezekiel 8:2 and Ezekiel Chapter 1. We hold in our weak and sinful hands the very words of God, how can these things be?

And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness [was] about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire. (Ezekiel 1:4)
And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about. (Ezekiel 1:27)
Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber. (Ezekiel 8:2)

   The following references present not only THE GLORY OF GOD, but THE MAN OF GLORY who is THE GODHEAD bodily, the Lord Jesus Christ. [It is] a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. (Hebrews 10:31)

And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it. (Ezekiel 1:26)
And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about. (Ezekiel 1:27)
As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake. (Ezekiel 1:28)

   Through these words judgment is prophesied to the earth (downward) and to the heavens (upward), from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward. Both the heavens and the earth face God’s righteous judgment. Although the abominations of Ezekiel 8 will culminate into greater abominations of MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH, God is still Sovereign over His creation.
● And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy. (Ezekiel 8:3)
  As God set the time of the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, He also sets the place. Everything that takes place in this 8th Chapter of Ezekiel is at Jerusalem, at the DOOR of the INNER GATE facing NORTH. Yet in our study verse of Ezekiel 8:3, it is the Temple built by Solomon. The Temple, the Sanctuary of God, the House of God on earth became the seat of the image of jealousy, the seat, the headquarters, the place of ultimate authority, mecca and the core root of an image is called the image of jealousy. The phrase the image of jealousy is recorded only twice in Scripture: Ezekiel 8:3, and 8:5. When searching for the words ‘gate‘ and ‘north’ within the same verse, these words appear together 13 times. CLICK HERE for the number 13.
   Placement or locations have meaning, for example, when the children of Israel camped, they camped by exact location, (The standard of the camp of Dan shall be on the north side by their armies: and the captain of the children of Dan shall be Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai. Numbers 2:25) and when they traveled, they proceeded by exact order. All they that were numbered in the camp of Dan were an hundred thousand and fifty and seven thousand and six hundred. They shall go hindmost with their standards. (Numbers 2:31) The camp of Dan camped on the north side and at the sound of the trumpet they moved, they were the last and fourth section to move. The tribe of Dan protected the people from a rear attack. This has been one of the main areas where Satan not only attacked Israel, but the Church’s spiritual strength was first attacked from behind. Think of this, rarely does one expect an attack from the enemy approaching stealthily from behind. We think of an attack as frontal only, but many times a frontal attack is merely a distraction. I am writing about an attack on a spiritual level. The rear is where the weak, the slow, the infirm, and the tired find refuge during the journey. In a rear attack, these are the ones who will first fall and perish. Spiritually, the north is the seat of evil, whether through the tribe of Dan (The Beast will be of the tribe of Dan) or through the nations of the north or coming from the north . . . to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy. . . . . . . to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy. The description in Isaiah 14:13 reveals the SEEN and the UNSEEN, the spiritual world and the natural world, the Supernatural realm and the physical realm in the mind of Lucifer. For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north.
    The tribe of Dan is connected to a geographical location, the north. Scripture also clearly discloses that the enemies of Israel come from the north. The north was the route taken from Babylon, where the Euphrates and the Tigris Rivers are situated. North is also prophesied as in Jeremiah 46:6, Let not the swift flee away, nor the mighty man escape; they shall stumble, and fall toward the north by the river Euphrates.

And he will stretch out his hand against the north, and destroy Assyria; and will make Nineveh a desolation, [and] dry like a wilderness. (Zephaniah 2:13)

● And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain. (Ezekiel 8:4) Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry. (Ezekiel 8:5)
● He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations. (Ezekiel 8:6) This was the point of God’s departure from His sanctuary. Each time that God departed from His sanctuary on earth whether it was in the Tabernacle during the age of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, or when Christ (The Temple of God) said, It is finished, the glory of God had departed. As God was rejected by Israel, by the priests, and by the nation, so also, He has been rejected by the Church, by the world, and by the peoples and nations of the world.
● And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall. (Ezekiel 8:7)

Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. (Ezekiel 8:8)
And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here. (Ezekiel 8:9)
So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about. (Ezekiel 8:10)

   We are faced with a conundrum. Move quickly past these verses and add more pain to readers or should we attempt to explain what this hole in the wall is about. Oh, well, readers can always click past or return another day. Let’s go for behold a hole in the wall. First, let’s tackle the what, the why and the who. The WHO are the ancients of the house of Israel, the elders, those who had the responsibility to uphold God’s justice. The WHY is that they desired to hold the censers (the Light of God’s word) and be the authorities in Israel instead of the priesthood. These elders STOLE the responsibilities of the priesthood away from the priests and took charge over the things of God, much as did the Nicolaitans in the book of the Revelation. The WHAT is the wall.
   The Tabernacle in the wilderness was constructed with an inner court (unseen by eyes not of the priesthood) and an outer courtyard, this area that could ON LY be seen by those who served the inner court. However, the Israelites not of the tribe of Levi and of the Aaronic priesthood were separated from the Tabernacle itself by curtains as a WALL of separation. ONLY those who were sanctified and sons of Aaron assigned to serve in the Tabernacle were allowed to enter through the Gate or Door (which was also made by curtains).

Side Note: The Twelve Tribes in the last days and the Blessings of the Twelve Tribes. The twelve tribes from Jacob are listed twice in the Old Testament. The first listing is in the 49th Chapter of Genesis and verse 1 discloses the purpose of this particular listing that each tribe should be made aware of their state and standing in the last days. (Genesis 49:1)
And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days. (Genesis 49:1) Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and hearken unto Israel your father. (Genesis 49:2)
   The next listing is documented in Deuteronomy in Chapter 33 and discloses the blessings for each of the twelve tribes And this is the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death. ◆ End of Side Note.

   Let us tackle THE WALL. In the prophecy of Jacob to his children it is revealed that it will be descendants from both the tribes of Simeon and Levi who will dig a hole through the wall.

Simeon and Levi are brethren; instruments of cruelty are in their habitations. (Genesis 49:5)
O my soul, come not thou into their secret; unto their assembly, mine honour, be not thou united: for in their anger they slew a man, and in their selfwill they digged down a wall. (Genesis 49:6)
Cursed be their anger, for it was fierce; and their wrath, for it was cruel: I will divide them in Jacob, and scatter them in Israel. (Genesis 49:7)

   Why is this prophecy important? What does this prophecy tell us about the last days? You have to again read this section in Ezekiel to see how these seventy men and twenty-five men attacked and took over the true Aaronic priesthood and understand the connection to the true Church of God is that the Church, Christianity was attacked and taken over by the same tactic.

Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. (Ezekiel 8:8)
And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here. (Ezekiel 8:9)
So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about. (Ezekiel 8:10)

    Both the priesthood of Aaron and the priesthood of the sons of God were first attacked by digging a hole in the wall. The wall separated the righteous from the unrighteous. The wall protected the holy from the unholy. And for the unrighteous and the unholy to bring the wall down FIRST they had to attack the DOOR and form another door. Since Christ is the DOOR to heaven and to the throne of grace, He had to be removed and another door made. Since Israel was to follow Jehovah, their ONE and ONLY God, the Godhead in power and order, He had to be removed. (When we are dealing with the corruption of the inner sanctum, it is only that which is of the earth that can be corrupted. Since Christ is our DOORWAY to heaven, then that which is revealed IN heaven in the book of the Revelation CANNOT be corrupted. This is the difference between which is of the earth and that which is of the heavenlies. In the very end the corrupted, the earth as we know it will be completely dissolved and God will create a new heaven and a new earth where there can be no corruption. In the history of Israel as in ALL of man’s history, there were those who were born of the flesh and those who were born of the Spirit. Those who were born of the Spirit were the TRUE ISRAEL of God, those who were born of the flesh were the outward manifestation of man in Adam and his seed of corruption. The visible ended in corruption, as we see with all flesh. What is very important to understand in all the history of man is that God looks on the heart and not on the outward man. When we see the corruption in the inner most sanctums of the Temple in Ezekiel it is ONLY GOD looking through the hole and seeing the corrupted heart of the religion of Israel.)

Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. (John 10:7)

I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. (John 10:9)

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, (John 10:19) By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; (John 10:20)

    The religionists have many doors. Counterfeit Christianity has many doors. The tragedy is that the simple cannot see the counterfeit door. For example, I recently came across this heretical phrase, ‘To get to God the Father one has to go through Jesus, and to get to Jesus one has to go through Mary, His mother.‘ Now, that is definitely another door, a false door, but nevertheless, it is a door, but a door to hell. And I am called a heretic by heretics for making that statement. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)  For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; (1st Timothy 2:5)
   The wall, the hole in the wall, another wall into the inner court and into the holy place in the Tabernacle in the wilderness, and into the holy place in the Temple in the last days during the earthly sojourn of the Lord Jesus Christ (the Door) was overcome by religious men, men of renown serving every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel through a hole that they had dug to allow themselves to enter in. Today, in the professing church, the world church, the counterfeit Church every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts are worshiped. There is no longer any separation. The unholy men and silly women have removed the wall of separation so that the ungodly and unrighteous can freely propagate their sexual depravity, and proclaim another gospel (the social gospel), another spirit (the spirit of sinful man), and another Christ (another door).
   To those who call themselves of Israel, they are all NOT of Israel . . . Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they [are] not all Israel, which are of Israel: (Romans 9:6) To those who call themselves Christians, many are NOT of Christ. As the priesthood of Levy failed to keep the wall because they desired that man should worship them in their selfwill they digged down a wall. (Genesis 49:6)

Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. (Romans 10:1) For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. (Romans 10:2) For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. (Romans 10:3)

   In the same manner that Israel failed, so also the Church failed. Israel became worshipers of the Law instead of the Lawgiver. The Church became worshipers of the Church instead of worshiping the HEAD of all things: the Lord Jesus Christ the Creator God. In their SELFWILL they digged down a wall. But they set their abominations in the house, which is called by my name, to defile it. (Jeremiah 32:34)

The Themes Within a Sitting Woman

   Within each time that the phrase of a sitting woman is documented in the Old Testament there is a theme. The first sitting woman was Hagar, and Hagar, the woman sitting represents the beginning of ALL evil that will come against Israel, and where the hatred against Israel germinated: Ishmael.
   Then through Rachel the attack was against a nation BEFORE it became a nation. Satan attempted to establish a form of idolatry into the line of promise, thus, trying to corrupt the line of Heirship.
   The third woman sitting (Tamar) represented the historical dual role of Babylon as the lady of kingdoms and as the glory of kingdoms. As Tamar covered her action of righteous indignation with robes of prostitution, Babylon covers herself with garments of false righteousness to veil her true whoredoms. Through Tamar, the open field exposes how sexual corruption spreads and takes over the world, the things of God and the people of God. Satan shows his evil hand of prostitution and sexual corruption veiled by garments of false righteousness through the line of the first born.
   Then the fourth woman was nameless (Samson’s mother) because she represented Israel alone and without hope, but nevertheless, God provided salvation from her enemies and a temporary recovery through a Nazarite son and a sacrifice.
   Each woman became a historical link in Israel’s history battling the enemy within and the enemy without. In the fourth woman, Samson’s mother, the Spirit of God spans over decades and supernaturally presents the Supernatural True Nazarite Son and His sacrifice.
   Following the appearance of the Supernatural True Nazarite Son and His sacrifice which was the Lord Jesus Christ, the Spirit of God continued to add to His theme by drawing the next sitting woman into the theme, the Gentile Bride known as Ruth. She represented the Bride of Christ, the Church.
   The Spirit of God not only used sitting woman to develop His theme, but He also added the history of the nation of Israel. Through Bathsheba she is seen as sitting next to the throne of power. She also represented Israel’s time of earthly supremacy over the Eastern known world . . . would that not have been sitting next to the throne of power, it began with her husband David, and power continued through her son, Solomon. Thus, Bathsheba represents the age of the Kings of Israel.
   Then through the last mention of women sitting we are introduced to the pagan god Tammuz in Ezekiel 8:14. The once glorious reign of Israel under Solomon disintegrated into two nations corrupted by idolatry. Solomon’s reign and his nation were overcome by idolatry. The door of the gate of the LORD’S house had been breached. Although the nation was allowed to rebuild it never was able to become what it once was. No matter how many times Jerusalem had been conquered and had been rebuilt . . .  they still weep. Thus, the Scriptures leaves Israel with women at the door of the gate weeping. The Spirit of God magnificently provided a theme of how Israel was attacked, how Israel was overcome and how Israel exists today, and He not only recorded the history of Israel through women sitting, but He recorded the history of faith through women sitting. When Jerusalem comes into mind, what is the picture that you see? It is called The Wailing Wall of Jerusalem. They still weep today. They weep today because the nation allowed, accepted and even promoted women to weep over their pagan god, Tammuz. All are enslaved today by Tammuz, and as long as Israel and the counterfeit Church and the world clings to their idols they will continue to weep.
