Genesis, Chapter One, is not about how God created the universe, or the heavens, or even the earth. It is ALL about God. It is the revealing that GOD exists. God creates. God communicates. God is active and not passive. GOD is the Creator. GOD was not only ‘in the beginning,’ but He was before the beginning.
